What is the Sticks & Stones Program?
The Sticks & Stones program is a seven-week program designed to bring parents and teens closer and form a stronger bond. The program consists of two eBooks, Sticks & Stones and My Rock, that encourage parents and teenagers to work together to communicate more effectively and connect. Sticks & Stones is a self-help guide for teens concerning daily issues they deal with. The guide is also a journal where teens can write their thoughts, feelings and questions. The purpose is to create a safe outlet to express themselves. Teens will read one chapter a week and spend the remainder of the week reflecting and writing about what they learned. My Rock is a supplemental guide that gives parents insight on what their teens are reading each week as well as effective tactics, strategies and skills to help facilitate a conversation with their teens. Each week, prior to reading a new chapter, parents and teens will meet to discuss what the teens have learned and any questions they have. The goal for Sticks & Stones and My Rock, collectively, is to bridge the communication gap between parents and teenagers as well as build trust.

What happens after I purchase the Sticks & Stones Program?
After you purchase the Program you will be redirected to the website to register. Next, you will receive an email with your username and a generated password to gain access to My Rock. When you log in with your username/password you will need to register your teen. Your teen will receive an email with a username and generated password to gain access to Sticks & Stones. Both you and your teen may change your password once you log in.
